Nicole, my day-of coordinator, was constantly checking in with me to see if I needed anything and to see how I was doing. She truly cared about making the day incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing everything was in such good hands. Nicole was amazing! I have no idea how she did it, she coordinated two rehearsals, all our vendors and the moving parts between setup and tear down of a space. I was so relaxed and stress free wedding day just know she was in my corner and would block and tackle anything that day. We did the day of package and it was AMAZING had I known how amazing it would be I would have gone up a package to be honest. This is what you want to invest in TRUST ME, if you want to just enjoy your new spouse, your amazing guests, and party like YOUR a guest, SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A PLANNER. Request Nicole!!!!

We hired Forte Events Co. for a day-of coordinator and it was beyond worth it. We were assigned Sinead who was thorough, honest, and kind. We appreciated her attention to detail in our planning meeting where she walked through a timeline of events, asking important questions my husband and I hadn’t thought of yet. She also efficiently ran our rehearsal the day before. I had created timelines for all vendors and Sinead made sure everyone was on schedule. I know our wedding would not have run as smoothly without her and her assistant Nicole, and I would highly recommend them to all couples planning their big day.

Forte Events did an incredible job coordinating our wedding! They were worth every penny - my only regret is not hiring the assistant for the full day since everything went by faster than we thought. Gabby did an incredible job handling everything, but it definitely helps to have multiple hands at the ready for any unplanned situations or last-minute needs. Everything worked out beautifully, and I am so happy with the service we received. Thank you, Forte Events, for making our day special and smooth. I can't imagine not having a wedding coordinator to help out with all the small day-of details!
